Maintain is hands-off upkeep for a live app or website: ongoing maintenance and monitoring, bugs and breakages fixed, security patches and updates, and your hosting, domains and app store accounts looked after. There are no meetings or check-ins — we just keep it healthy so you never have to think about it. If you want to request new features, that's Support at $999/mo.

Support ($999/mo) gives you a ticket board: send fixes and feature requests and we work through them one at a time, most within 48 hours. Grow ($2,497/mo) jumps you to the front of the line — live chat with a real person during business hours and problems fixed the same day. Rapid Iteration ($3,997/mo) adds your own full-time engineer, about 160 hours a month, building your product out inside your team. For $12,997/mo you also get me personally — my priority attention and in-person meetings (travel billed at cost plus a $120/day per diem).

However you already work — Slack, text, email, or a shared board like Trello, Notion, or Linear. Send it over and it goes straight into your queue; you'll get updates as it moves.

No. On Support and up you can add as many requests to your queue as you'd like. We work through them one at a time in the order you set — so the most important thing always ships first.

Most requests — bug fixes, tweaks, small features — come back within 48 hours (same day on Grow and up). Bigger jobs get an honest timeline up front and we chip away at them one step at a time, so you always see progress. If you need something big done faster, or want a whole new app or MVP built, we can quote that as a separate flat-price project alongside your plan.

You get a direct line — Slack, text, or email — that reaches an engineer around the clock. Day-to-day work happens during US business hours; if something breaks at 2am, someone is there. Included on Support and up; Grow and Rapid Iteration also get live chat and same-day fixes.

Yes. Every plan runs on US business hours — Central time by default, adjusted to yours. Our engineers are based across the US and the Philippines; the ones on your account keep your schedule, not theirs.

Billed monthly by card, starting the day your engineer starts. Nothing is due until after your free call, once you've decided to move forward.

The monthly rate covers the engineering. The only extras are things like hosting, a domain, and app store developer accounts, paid directly to those providers (usually $10–100/month). We'll tell you exactly what to expect.

If you don't have work for a stretch, pause — billing stops until you're ready to pick back up, and your engineer resumes right where you left off. Cancelling works the same way: no notice period, no drama.

Yes. Start on Maintain and move up to Support when you have features to build, or scale to Rapid Iteration when the work becomes constant. Moving down works the same way — just tell us.

Absolutely. Every plan is month to month with no minimum. Plenty of clients subscribe for a month to clear a backlog, pause, and come back when the next batch of work piles up.

Add as many as you need — a second full-time engineer, or a whole pod. They all work as part of your team, and we scale up or down with you.

Yes, completely. Your code, your accounts, your data — all yours, in your repo. If you ever leave, everything stays with you and any other team can pick up right where we left off.
