Grow ($999/mo) is maintenance plus unlimited feature requests — you send the list, we work through it one at a time, with a dedicated engineer who knows your codebase. Dedicated ($3,999/mo) is your own full-time engineer, about 160 hours a month, embedded in your team: your Slack, your standups, your repo. Grow fits most small businesses; Dedicated is for teams with a constant stream of work.

No. On Grow and Dedicated you can add as many requests to your queue as you'd like. We work through them one at a time in the order you set, so the most important thing always ships first.

However you already work — Slack, text, email, or a shared board like Trello, Notion, or Linear. Send it over and it goes straight into your queue; you'll get updates as it moves.

Yes. Every plan runs on US business hours — Central time by default, adjusted to yours — and your engineer joins meetings during your day. Our engineers are based across the US and the Philippines; the ones on your account keep your schedule, not theirs.

You get a direct line — Slack, text, or email — that reaches an engineer around the clock. Day-to-day work happens during US business hours; if something breaks at 2am, someone is there. Every plan includes it.
